Working with a health coach offers a transformative way to reach your health and wellness goals. Using a powerful five-step plan—Connect, Explore, Plan, Action & Integrate—my work is a collaborative, client-driven process focused on sustainable behavior change and reframing mindsets for long-term results. Unlike therapy that focuses on “the why”, a coach is your guide on the side who partners with the client to focus on “the how” and together we create actionable steps to support your goals. My approach goes beyond symptom management or one-size-fits-all plans by looking at the full spectrum of your lifestyle: food, movement, stress, relationships, work–life balance, and spirituality. Together, we cut through the overwhelming noise of “health” information and simplify what actually works for you. Your body is always looking for ways to heal, and with the right support, even a few small shifts in daily habits can create powerful changes that help you feel stronger, happier, and more like yourself.
MY STORY…
I am certified Health Coach and GGS Certified Menopause Coach. After earning my health coaching degree from IIN in 2018, I immediately launched my coaching practice, with the belief that preventive care, wellness, and group support are crucial for transforming lives. Women’s health remains critically underprioritized within the American healthcare system, leaving countless individuals overlooked as their mental and physical needs are often minimized, dismissed, or ignored. As a health coach, I am dedicated to bridging this gap by providing ultra-personalized plans that educate and empower clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits to support their metabolic, brain, hormonal, heart, and mental health. Additionally, I facilitate supportive coaching circles that serve as vital lifelines for those navigating complex health challenges.

6 month program
This program consists of meeting twice a month for six months, with the option to continue once the six months are up. This program also includes the option of one pantry makeover, one grocery tour. Recipes, essential oil tutorial, supplement and diet tips, specific healer and doctor referrals, literature & email support may also be requested.
3 month program
This program consists of meeting twice a month for three months, with the option to continue once the three months are up. This program may include the option of one pantry makeover. Recipes, essential oil tutorial, supplement and diet tips, healer and doctor referrals, literature & email support may also be requested. .

Start with one session only and build a schedule that suits your individual needs. Let us help you transform your kitchen into a place of healing and nourishment. Or are you needing a little help with finding those foods to help set you on the right path to better health? We offer grocery tours and individualized grocery lists as well! We can also create a binder of meal recipes as well.This program may include recipes, supplement and diet tips, healer and doctor referrals, literature & email support upon request.
